痛风患者延续性护理干预效果的meta分析.

To evaluate the application effect of continuous nursing mode in patients with gout.Methods The databases of the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science,PubMed,Medline,CNKI, CBM,VIP and Wanfang were searched to collect the randomized controlled trials on continuing care of patients with gout from the establishment of the databases to June 2021.The literatures were separately deleted, extracted and risk assessed by two researchers.And the RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze.Results A total of nine studies involving 604 patients were included.The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with the routine nursing group,the self-management ability of the patients with gout in the continuous nursing group was enhanced [MD =7.20,95%CI(3.45 to 10.94),P =0.000 2],the serum uric acid level was decreased [MD =-44.05,95%CI(-52.36 to -35.74),P <0.000 01],and the nursing effect was improved [OR=4.34,95%CI(2.33 to 8.08),P <0.000 01].Conclusion Continuous nursing could improve the selfmanagement ability and nursing effect of patients with gout,and reduce the level of blood uric acid.
