- Presents regulations on the disposal of waste generated by the cleanup of Superfund sites, released by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as of February 1999. Procurement of permits for treating,storing and disposing of waste; Creation of a `staging pile' during the cleanup; Exclusion of dredge material from the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
