DOMESTIC VIOLENCE-AN ACCESS FROM THE ISLAMIC POINT OF VIEW.

This paper deals with the issue of the domestic violence, from the perspective of the Islamic teachings, with special accent on the avoidance of this phenomenon, by referring to basic sources of the Islamic religion. In this paper the correct understanding of the religious provisions, is emphasized as a very serious and powerful initiator of the avoidance of the domestic violence, as the domestic violence is seen as very serious and complex issue, especially, when this implies religious texts, which should be interpreted in the general spirit of the Islamic religion, for a happy marital life and social cohesion. This paper defines the "domestic violence" in scope of the Islamic religion, especially; it treats it as light of the sacred religious texts and general principles of the Islamic teachings, because this field is the battlefield of the professional debate on the attitude of the religion towards these phenomena. In this paper, the avoiding of the domestic violence is treated, with inclusion of the following aspects: FAMILY RAPORTS BUILD WITH KINDNESS, through, harmony and understanding between the spouses, designing the family as warm nest, where the person finds his rest, security and comfort, the determination of the kindness in the family as standard of the evaluation of the role of the person in the family and society, installation of patience in the marital relations. PROHIBITION OF THE VIOLENCE: according to Islam, in the book of God-Quran and in the legacy of the Prophet of the God-Sunnah, the principle of the prohibition of the violence of all kinds and forms is adopted. PROTECTION OF RIGHTS: Islam gives rights to every party, both male and female; these rights have a divine origin, as the message on their rights, as well as the protection of these rights, came to the mankind through the revelation of God, to the man.
