- The article offers information on the operation of China's carbon emissions trading market. It mentions that China has opened a national carbon emissions trading market, which currently applies to power generation industry. It discusses about the fluctuations in the trading prices in July 2021. It explores that National Development and Reform Commission has issued notice on establishing pilot carbon emissions trading markets in October 2011.
