Abstract

In Landry's, Inc. et al. v. Animal Legal Defense Fund et al., a state supreme court unanimously ruled that neither the judicial-proceedings privilege nor attorney immunity shields lawyers from defamation claims arising from their pre-suit publicity efforts.
