The article presents the discussion on Annual Meeting of the Wilson Ornithological Society (WOS) held from 15–19 April 2021 in joint session with the Northeast Natural History Conference (NENHC) and the Association of Field Ornithologists (AFO). Topics include networking sessions, a career panel, pre-college student activities, career mentoring for students, and early professionals; and studying a wide range of topics in the natural history sciences.
