Abstract

It should be noted that carbon nitride is a two-dimensional nanomaterial and composed from carbon and nitrogen elements. Nanobiophysics is a new branch of science that emerged at the intersection of physics, biology, chemistry, materials science, nanotechnology, and medicine. One of them is dedicated to DNA conjugation with metal ions, in the other two experimental and theoretical articles DNA-protein interaction is considered. Authors have developed a polyelectrolyte model of monovalent counterions around I B i -forms of double-stranded DNA and also carried out the analysis of the counterion distribution around the DNA using molecular dynamics simulations.
