Abstract

A palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling of an ortho‐C(sp2) atom of aromatic amines with aliphatic aziridines to construct the O‐aminophenethylamine skeleton via C−H activation has been developed. The reaction proceeded under mild conditions with good substrate scope. The O‐aminophenethylamine skeleton in drugs or bioactive compounds could be generated in one step in this report.
