Abstract

The article presents a study which explores the Mechanical tension mobilizes leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 6 (LGR6+) epithelial stem cells to drive skin growth. It mentions the use of a system of controlled tissue expansion in mice to uncover cellular and molecular determinants of skin growth.
