Abstract

The article characterizes the structural, antigenic, and functional properties of a vaccine-elicited human antibody with sequence homology to VRC01-class antibodies that binds the C1C2 gp 120 domain. The Env-specific B cell receptor sequences from participants in the HVTN 100 clinical trial are examined. Topics covered include non-neutralizing antibodies, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, and modification of the CDRH3 and CDRL3 domains.
