QUALIDADE DE VIDA NO TRABALHO: A RELAÇÃO ENTRE LÍDERES E COLABORADORES.

The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between leader and employee for the generation of Quality of Life at Work (QWL) in companies from different sectors. In order to carry out the study, questionnaires were applied to companies located in the municipality of Dom Silverio - Minas Gerais, aiming to understand the organizational profile and the relationship between leaders and followers with the QWT. In addition, motivational and behavioral aspects were verified that help in the maintenance of employees in the organizations surveyed. The results indicated that motivation and leadership profiles appear as bases for QWL in the analyzed companies, however, there are difficulties for the relationship between leaders and employees to generate better organizational results. The study contributes by exposing and discussing elements that a leader must have within a company and how these elements can imply motivation and employee satisfaction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
