Abstract

In this paper we introduce a new concept called semigraphs, combining the theory of semigraphs introduced by E. Sampath Kumar [2] and the theory of semiring, analogus to the theory of S-valued graphs introduced in [4], thus giving a free hand to researchers for further study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
