Abstract

The article reports that A 23-year-old female with refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was referred to chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy (axicabtagene ciloleucel). Before infusion, FDG PET-CT (A) identified active supra-diaphragmatic nodal and hepatic disease (SUVmax 14.5). Nine days following infusion, enlarged cervical masses were palpated and the patient complained of worsening dyspnea.
