Underground cable fault detection.

The main aim of this paper is to decide the underground cable fault. The basic idea used is of CT Theory. If short circuit happens at any point, voltage drop will differ contingent upon the length of short coming in the cable, since the current differs CT which is utilized to compute the shifting. The signal conditioner will control the adjustment in voltage and a microcontroller is used for estimations such that the fault distance is shown by IOT device used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
