Abstract

According to the cell distributions and sample origins (Figure 1C), we found the heterogeneity of tumour epithelial cells was more obvious than other cells. CD, collecting duct cell; PC, principal cells; PT, proximal tubule cell; VCAM1+, VCAM1 gene positive proximal tubule cell. We found specific gene sets and cell clusters that were correlated with the prognosis for clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Single cell analysis reveals intra-tumour heterogeneity, microenvironment and potential diagnosis markers for clear cell renal cell carcinoma. [Extracted from the article]
