CUIDADOS REALIZADOS PELO ENFERMEIRO DA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE AO IDOSO NO ESPAÇO DOMICILIAR.

Objective: To describe the caring realized by the nurse of the primary health care to the elderly in a residential space. Methods: Qualitative study fulfilled with eleven nurses of Boa Vista's primary health units. The adopted strategy for data collection was a semi-structured interview using the Zoom Platform. The data collected was analyzed and it was organized into categories. Results: The register units were decoded in two dimensions: domestic nursery evaluation inducing preventive orientation of accidents on elderly and care actions by the nurse on the elderly's body at his residence. Conclusion: In this article were produced preventive orientations about domestic cleaning, the arrangement of objects and people inside the house aiming the decreasing of falls. The caretaking procedures involved the verification of vital parameters, medication orientation, skincare, personal hygiene, bandage realization, passing and changing catheter on domestic situations elderly.
