CADERNETA DE SAÚDE DA CRIANÇA: INCOMPLETUDE DOS PARÂMETROS AVALIADOS NA CONSULTA.

Objective: Analyze the consultation and registration in the Child Health Handbook regarding follow-up in the primary care service. Methods: This is a cross-sectional quantitative study developed in municipalities in the 17th Regional Health Region of Londrina, in the state of Paraná, southern Brazil, from July 2017 to February 2018 in maternity hospitals and six months later, at home, being 230 women who participated in the two stages. Pearson's Chi-square test was used, the statistical significance adopted in all analyzes was 5%, expressed as p-value. Results: There was an under-registration ofvital signs and breastfeeding assessment in medium-sized municipalities. As well as filling out consultations in the third and fourth quarters, both in large and medium-sized municipalities. Conclusion: It is necessary that health professionals recognize the Child Health Handbook as a primary document for monitoring the infant and that it is completed correctly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
