“六位一体”养老生活圈设施需求及适宜性评价 ——以南京市鼓楼区为例.

Today, effective alleviation is urgently needed for the contradiction between the increasingly diversified demand and the unbalanced supply of social resources for old-age life. Based on the study of the planning of life circle of the elderly, including “food, housing, medicine, emotion, planning and system”, and obtains the weight of the indicators through Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Then, taking Gulou District as an example, ArcGIS technology is applied to carry out factor superposition analysis and quantitative research. The following conclusions and suggestions are drawn: 1) The situation presents a state-“excellent in the center and weak in the periphery” in Gulou district needs to be alleviated and full coverage of service equity, arrangement plan and the configuration of facilities calls for adjusting and optimizing; 2) The service level of facilities should be comprehensively improved under the “Six in One” elderly life circle system, which aims to make up for shortcomings;3) The renewal analysis of the elderly life circle system based on the community contributes to keeping pace with the times to build a harmonious “big family”.
