Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 04-year-old male with an acute on chronic kidney injury, alkalosis and hypercalcaemia. Topics include rising creatinine, bicarbonate, and calcium as the potassium and parathyroid hormone (PTH); and no evidence of nephrocalcinosis or worsening hydronephrosis on kidney ultrasound.
