This paper seeks to reconstruct and analyze the work, will and position of argentinian diplomatics during the central years of the government of general Primo de Rivera and in the interwar European context. The Exposición Iberoamericana de Sevilla, inaugurated in 1929, wich gave rise to numerous activities, official and cultural commitments in Spain, had special relevance for its performance. Through this analysis, we will investigate the institutional mechanisms and personal practices that these main characters, belonging to the diplomatic network, knew how to weave and resolve certain transnational conflicts as events unfolded, as would occur with the celebration of October 12th of that same year.
