Abstract

In the petroleum and petrochemical industry, the compressor and its connected pipeline system often vibrate because of the long-time service, so it is necessary to analyze and control the vibration of the compressor, especially the piping system. We solve the problem of vibration compressor pipeline system by adjusting the system stiffness control scheme. We propose a general realization of different elastic stiffness of connection by adjusting the number of dish spring washer and installation of pipe clamp. The number and position of pipe clamps are determined by the analysis of pipeline system vibration, which helps to design the pipe clamp constraints. The effect of this type of constrained vibration control is validated good in practice, which provides a convenient and new idea for researchers to reduce the vibration of pipeline system.
