Abstract

Reports that a defense lawyer in the trial of Lynne F. Stewart, has accused U.S. government prosecutors of trying to play on jurors' fears by repeatedly referring to terrorist Osama bin Laden and the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack during the trial.
