Abstract

The intestinal barrier damage induced by different doses of acrylamide in mice was evaluated from the molecular, cellular and protein levels. Through different concentrations The mouse model of acrylamide exposure was used to observe the relationship between the dose of acrylamide and intestinal barrier damage. The results showed that 10-30 mg•kg -1 .bw dose range Continuous intragastric administration of acrylamide for 30 days can cause different degrees of damage to the small intestinal barrier in mice.
