Abstract

In order to study the extraction technology of chlorogenic acid, rutin and hyperin from the leaves of Sorbus alnifolia, and provide reference for the extraction of other chemical components, the leaves of Sorbus alnifolia were used as raw materials, and the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution was used as solvent to extract three active substances, chlorogenic acid, rutin and hyperin by ultrasonic assisted method. Based on five single factor experiments of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, liquid-material ratio and mass fraction of extraction solvent, the Box-Behnken response surface method was designed to optimize the extraction process and verified. Results showed that: the optimum process parameters were determined as follows: ultrasonic power 405 W, ultrasonic time 40 min, ultrasonic temperature 60 ℃, liquid-solid ratio 20∶1(mL/g), extraction solvent mass fraction 2%. The yields of chlorogenic acid, rutin and hyperin were 2.13%±0.06%, 0.54%±0.02% and 0.19%±0.02%, which was consistent with the theoretical predicted values of 2.14%, 0.54% and 0.19%. Compared with Soxhlet extraction, the yield of three active substances in Sorbus alnifolia was slightly improved.
