Despite improvements in DLBCL therapy and the availability of a range of new anti-lymphoma drugs and effective salvage strategy, it remains an urgent medical need to improve first-line treatment outcomes in patients with DLBCL or HGBL with high-risk features. Favourable outcomes of double-hit/double-expressor lymphoma and high-grade B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified after early dose-intensive treatment and up-front autologous stem cell transplantation: a single-centre retrospective experience Dose-adjusted EPOCH plus rituximab improves the clinical outcome of young patients affected by double expressor diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
