手术治疗2例脑膜血管瘤病致难治性癫痫临床病例分析并文献复习.

Objective To investigate the surgical effect of refractory epilepsy caused by meningioangiomatosis（MA). Methods The clinical data of 2 patients with MA confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. In case 1,the EEG in intermittent period was normal, but the patient had definite clinical attack. Case 2 was complicated with gray matter heterotopia at the same time. Both lesions were resected under intracranial cortical EEG monitoring. Results The operation process was smooth and the postoperative recovery was good. The postoperative follow-up for 1 year was Engle grade I, and the quality of life was improved. Conclusion The surgical treatment of refractory epilepsy caused by MA has a definite effect.
