Abstract
- Reports that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has sued Illinois-based exterminator company Clarke Environmental for improperly spraying mosquito pesticide in New York City. Allegation that the company failed to properly train its employees on how to apply pesticides against mosquitoes carrying the West Nile virus and to provide them with adequate protective equipment.
