- B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event A 52-year-old woman developed injection site pain, severe arthralgia and acute acalculous cholecystitis following administration of tozinameran as prophylactic vaccination. At around 7:00PM, she developed whole-body muscle cramps, severe shivering and massive swelling of the injection site, along with nausea and vomiting for five hours. [Extracted from the article]
