Abstract

The influence of the ions of iron ion, Ca2 +, Mg2+, salt content, B3 + and Al3 + on fracturing fluid are tested・ The experiment showed that due to the low concentration of Mg2 +, Al3 + can be ignored by the small effects. When the main affecting ions of iron ion, Ca2 +, salt content, B3 + was removed, the fracturing fluid system can withstand temperature up to 130 °C, the lowest viscosity up to 83 mPa • s after 2 h shearing and the filtration coefficient is 6 ・ 54 X 10 4 m/min12. The damage rate tests show that the maximum damage rate is 21. 16%, when salt water and kerosene are used as mobile media, the viscosity and surface tension of gel breaking liquid are 3・ 75 mPa • s and 22. 7 mN/m respectively, which meet the requirements of application indexes.
