Abstract
- We became aware that a relevant Ref. [1] (namely, Ref. 63 in the article[2]) was omitted from the result part "ACC filled with linear active Brownian particles" of the article (specifically, in the last paragraph of the right column on p. 7), although it was cited in another place (in the first paragraph of the right column on p. 5). In its conclusion part, the authors suggested that active bodies inside a container moving in a gradient of activity can give rise to chemotactic motion of the container, which is similar to a special case among our many systems, i.e., the ACC filled with linear active Brownian particles in the inhomogeneous self-propelled force environment. In that Ref. [1], the chemotaxis of cargo-carrying active particles in a self-propelled force gradient was studied. [Extracted from the article]
