Abstract
- This study aims to discuss the results of the performance of a workgroup focused on the pedagogical training of university teachers at a college located in the city of São Paulo. The workgroup is composed of professors who, in the last three years, have planned and executed actions for the continued training of more than 300 teachers of the in-person undergraduate program. Considering the remote work caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, it was possible to perform a quantitative analysis of the data for the year 2019 and a qualitative one for subsequent years. The results demonstrate the impact of low professionalization of teachers in the search for pedagogical improvement, even if it happens collaboratively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
