In this paper, we prove the existence of a common fixed point for generalized weakly Zamfirescu-type mappings. Finally, we give an application to our main result in the fractal space which proves the existence of a common attractor for a new kind of deterministic fractal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
