EFQM MODELİ İLE BİR KURUMUN YÖNÜNÜ BELİRLEME: KAYSERİ ULAŞIM AŞ 2021-2025 STRATEJİK PLANI.

At the present day, managing performance and transformation has become more important than ever for organizations. Perhaps the most important step in managing performance and transformation is efficiency determining the direction of the organization. Strategic planning approach is one of the methods used in determining the directions of organizations. In this research, the phases of creating the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan of Kayseri Transportation Inc., which aims to be the leading institution in its sector, the methods used in these phases and the results of the application of the methods are conveyed. Kayseri Transportation Inc. 2021-2025 Strategic Plan has been created taking into account the EFQM 2020 Model. This enabled the research to be carried out using well-founded approaches such as stakeholder analysis, PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis, and TOWS analysis. With the study, it was aimed to create the strategic plan that will enable to realize its purpose and reach its vision of Kayseri Transportation Inc. Thus, the strategies of the organization were determined. It is thought that the research carried out is a guide in determining the direction for organizations that adopt the EFQM Model as a corporate governance model and want to achieve outstanding performance results.
