Abstract

The article reports an epigenetic marker–driven learning framework for accurate detection of benign and malignant renal tumor subtypes with MethylBoostER (Methylation and XGBoost for Evaluation of Renal tumors). It discusses the MethylBoostER help in facilitating a more confident presurgical diagnosis to guide treatment for a particular tumor.
