Abstract
- The boost of digitalization in academic teaching due to the pandemic situation enables the potential of Open Educational Resources (OER) to be recognized and used even more. This article describes relevant competencies for OER practice identified through a literature review. With the aim of developing a workflow that supports lecturers in dealing with OER locally, the current OER practice at the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences was examined as an example with a secondary analysis of survey data and existing internal university service facilities were identified whose offers also cover OER-specific competences. The article is based on the bachelor's thesis with the same title, which was written by the author in the winter semester 21/22 at the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences under the supervision of Prof. Dr. jur.
