Abstract

The organic/inorganic nanoceramic hybrid resin prepared by the sol–gel method (sol–gel) and polymer reaction can bond colloidal nano-oxide particles to form a three-dimensional network structure through internal chemical reactions. Then, a part of the heat dissipation material is added to the organic/inorganic hybrid resin to prepare a high heat dissipation, electrical insulating nanomaterial, which is used as the insulating layer of the coil and the silicon steel sheet. These nanoceramic hybrid resins with high heat dissipation, high temperature resistance and high weather resistance developed in this research are used to replace the various organic resin coatings inside the motor/generator, including the motor/generator coils, stator and rotor silicon steel sheets, which are expected to be able to significantly improve the performance and life of the motor/generator.
