Abstract
- Autoimmune cerebellar ataxia was considered and she started receiving unspecified pulse glucocorticoid and IV immune-globulin [immunoglobulin]. B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event A 40-year-old woman exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with immune-globulin and unspecified glucocorticoid for autoimmune cerebellar ataxia and goserelin and letrozole for breast adenocarcinoma [ I not all routes stated; dosages not stated i ]. However, the treatment was found ineffective (lack of efficacy to immune-globulin and unspecified glucocorticoid) and she developed dysphagia and slurred speech. [Extracted from the article]
