Abstract
- An editorial is presented on the quality and sound measurement are fundamental to creating professional knowledge to provide a foundation for clinical decision-making in health services. It outlines nature of the data to apply the correct approaches to estimating inter-rater reliability and agreement. An overview of the evidence about the usefulness of assessments, often in terms of scores assigned to evaluate behaviors is presented.
