Abstract

In order to improve the traffic capacity of the road network, alleviate the congestion of the trunk road and improve the utilization rate of the branch road, the influence of non-motor vehicle flow on motor vehicle flow was studied, and the influence model was constructed to improve the road resistance function of motor vehicle flow. The improved road resistance function is used to construct a bi-level programming model of unidirectional traffic organization in microcirculation network. The objective of the upper model is to maximize the traffic efficiency of road network, minimize the mean saturation of trunk road and minimize the mean saturation of micro-circulation branch road. The lower layer model is a traffic flow allocation model based on user balanced allocation. Genetic algorithm was used to solve the model. Finally, a microcirculation system in Xisanqi area of Beijing is taken as an example. The results show that one-way traffic can effectively reduce arterial saturation, improve the utilization rate of branch roads and balance the use of road resources. When the influence of non-motor vehicle flow is not considered, there are 9 sections for one-way traffic organization; when the influence of non-motor vehicle flow is considered, there are 4 sections for one-way traffic organization, and only two sections overlap. In both cases, there are obvious differences in road network organization schemes, so the influence of non-motor vehicle flow should be considered in the actual network optimization. Therefore, the microcirculation network organization optimization model considering the influence of non-motor vehicles can provide theoretical support for the actual one-way traffic organization.
