Abstract

IgA vasculitis (earlier known as Henoch-Schonlein purpura) is the most common vasculitis characterized by triad of purpura, arthritis, and abdominal pain. A 20-year-old male presented with fever, pain abdomen, vomiting, and joint pains of 3 days duration.
