Abstract
- In this paper we argue that feminist and women?s activists have made good use of the human rights framework. While its use has also introduced some challenges, particularly to the unity of the movement, we argue that a reinvigorated human rights framework is the best resource for promoting feminist and women?s agenda for the next decade.
