Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection in Children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

The article presents a case study of a 12-year-old male with chest pain and chest tightness. Topics include findings consistent with diffuse anterior myocardial infarction were detected on electrocardiography; and dissection area being opened having a distal stenosis due to the progression of the mural thrombosis in the area after dissection.
