Abstract

Regarding the effects of outsourcing in the Brazilian labor market, this article aims to understand the causes of the effects, in labor relations involving outsourced employees in public administration, something that has been shown to be a significant and frequent problem in Brazilian society. Therefore, the logic was to explore materials elaborated on the subject, scientific articles, websites, books, statistical indicators, and legislation, in order to find a believable solution, capable of solving the setbacks found in the current law of outsourcing (Law No. 13,429/2017) and contribute to put the worker in a situation of vulnerability. That said, it is imperative to find a solution to the problems encountered, to assert the dignity of the human person where it is one of the basic principles in the Federal Constitution of 1988.
