Student satisfaction in online learning amid Covid-19 pandemic: Evaluation on community pharmacy block.

Abstract
- Student's satisfaction is extremely important in online learning; some research have explored factors affecting student's satisfaction in having online learning amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study evaluates educator performance who has designed online learning through evaluation on student's satisfaction. 112 students of Pharmacist Profession Program of Universitas Islam Indonesia have been surveyed through accidental sampling technique with cross sectional method throughout 2020 and being analyzed descriptively in a form of satisfaction percentage. Learning satisfaction that was measured using questionnaire includes learning satisfaction, tutorial and tutor activity, practicum activity, and health promotion practice. The result shows the percentage of student's satisfaction as follow: students are satisfied with learning process (48.94%), tutorial process (55.89%), tutor competency (50.41%), practicum activity (60.97%), practicum assistance competency (62.86%), and students are very satisfied with health promotion practice activity (51.19%). The data also shows dissatisfaction response toward lab assistant performance related to ethics, manner, assistant's interaction ability, and stability of signal.
