Abstract

The article focuses on developments in Clean Shave Policy Discrimination litigation especially cases where Black plaintiffs suffer from Pseudofolliculitis Barbae (PFB). It mentions challenges to Clean Shave Policy litigation such as the interaction of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 with other binding federal regulations like Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules.
