Abstract

Patients were included if they received at least one dose of 4F-PCC for DOAC reversal and received the institutional guideline recommendation for treatment at that time. B Introduction: b Four-factor prothrombin complex concentrate (4F-PCC) is frequently used off-label for reversal of direct oral anticoagulants (DOAC). B Conclusions: b In this study, patients were found to have no difference in hemostatic efficacy when using a lower, fixed dose of 4F-PCC compared to weight-based dosing of 50 units/kg for DOAC reversal.
