高盐废水MBR过程中胞外聚合物提取研究.

Abstract

The protein, polysaccharide and DNA contents of supernatant, SMP, LB-EPS and TB-EPS of four groups of activated sludge with different salinity were determined. There are a lot of macromolecular proteins in the supernatant of mixed solution under high salt. The components in the mixed solution should be considered in the extraction of EPS from salty sludge. Comparing the five extraction methods of TB-EPS (centrifugal, ultrasonic, heating, formaldehyde and formaldehyde + NaOH), formaldehyde + NaOH method still has the highest total extraction amount in high salt environment. The 3D fluorescence spectra of TBEPS extracted by different extraction methods were analyzed by parallel factor technique. The results showed that formaldehyde and heating had two common components ( humic acid and protein-like), which provided two new extraction and analysis methods of EPS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
