Abstract
- The article reports on the alleged efforts by officials of Microsoft to convince officials of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), particularly chairperson Lina Khan, to approve the firm's planned acquisition of video game company Activision Blizzard. Also cited are the efforts to win the support of regulators in Europe to compel the FTC to approve the deal, and the response filed by Microsoft to the FTC lawsuit aimed at blocking the deal.
