This article examines the similarities and differences in the practices of ending between religious education in schools as well as confirmation classes, and how the respective practices of ending relate to youth theological expectations. To accomplish this, sequences from lessons in schools and churches are examined from a practicetheoretical perspective, which in turn makes it possible to specify youth-theological expectations.
