LA CRÍTICA DEL SUPERYÓ EN LA FILOSOFÍA DE THEODOR ADORNO.

This paper presents the results of a master's research that, based on Theodor Adorno's philosophy, argued the proposition that psychoanalysis is essential to address the question of human freedom in late capitalism critically. Specifically, it develops Adorno's critique of the superego, based on Freudian psychoanalysis, to demonstrate how superegoic morality limits the freedom of individuals by imposing heteronomous mandates that operate using unconscious mechanisms related to the internalization of social coercion. It will also develop Adorno's proposal that the superego supports an idea of human solidarity, which could be one of the motives for the struggle for human emancipation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
